Abstract Submission - Instructions for authors

Dear Colleagues,
 

The GiESCO 2017 Organizing Committee is pleased to offer the Call for Abstracts for the 20th GiESCO International Meeting that will take place in Mendoza, Argentina on November 5-09, 2017.


Astracts based on original research and research updates in all areas of viticulture, enology and related disciplines are encouraged. Ongoing research is also encouraged to be presented.


Astracts will be reviewed by the GiESCO 2017 Scientific Committee and will be published in the conference program in the Technical Abstracts Section. After accepted by the Scientific Committee, the abstracts final versions will also be published on the GiESCO 2017 website. We welcome suggestions for research sessions topics and for Industry Seminars.

Instructions

Abstracts should be written in English. We encourage that authors, according to their possibilities to write the abstracts also in Spanish. Abstracts received only in English and accepted by the Scientific Committee, will be later translated to Spanish and therefore the Technical Abstract Section will have all abstracts in both languages. Abstracts should be written on A4 pages (21 cm x 29,7 cm), typed in Calibri characters (type 11, normal style, text margins of 2,5 cm upper, lower right and left, spaces of 1 and justified. See tremplate on the last page.

 

Asbtract section

Title : Should reflect the important aspects of the article, keep it less than 120 characters.

Author(s) and affiliation(s)
: Name, Last Name and affiliation.

Abstract text
: A maximum of 250 words including key words. It should present the hypothesis, intent, or purpose of the research, the experimental plan, key findings and major conclusions. You should us SI units and avoid using abbreviations except standard ones.

Key words
: a maximum of five key words.
