Abstract: From the basic analysis carried out on the most significant sustainability and on the related international, european, Italian and local certifications and guarantees, [for example: Biodiversity Friends, Biologico-Organic, Biodinamico, California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA) (USA), Casa Clima Wine, Certified Wine Sustainable of Chile, Doc Vini Venezia 2017, Eko Cantina, Eko Wine, EntWine Australia,Equalitas, Gea Vite,Ita.Ca di Sata, Les Vignerons Indipedend (F), Management Environnemental du Vin de Bordeaux (F), New Zealand Winegrowers (SWNZ), LIVE-USDA Organic, Plan Ecophyto (F),Protocollo Viticolo della DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene 2017, Riduci-Risparmi-Rispetta (R.R.R.), SosTain, Sustainable Wine South Africa (SWSA), Tergeo, Terra Vitis (F), Vademecun viticolo Doc Prosecco, Vignerons Développement Durable (F), SQNPI, VIVA, …],emerges, as highlighted by GiESCO in the "GiESCO Charter of Viticulture BIO-MetaEthics 4.1" (Carbonneau and Cargnello, 2017) the urgent need among other things:1-to overcome the imposition of protocols: 1.1sectorial, limited, limiting, 1.2- unsustainable according to the "Viticulture Bio-MétaÉthique" of GiESCO, 1.3inconsistent with the main objective of the same certification, 1.4-technically, economically and socially not applicable and / or hardly applicable everywhere, 1.5-which do not offer: 1.5.1-a "real" guarantee regarding, at least environmental, "Sustainability", 1.5.2- a total "transparency", 2-to eliminate: 2.1-the conflict of interests, 2.2- the unacceptable bureaucracy, 2.3-unacceptable direct and indirect costs; 3-to simplify the system,4-to identify and/or create peculiarities (Made in ...) "Sustainable 4.1C" of process, product, communication and marketing original. 5-to contribute to the "4.1C" indexed harmonic growth: cultural, moral, civil, relational, "Political: NON-Party Policy", "MetaEthic 4.1C", ethics, existential, social, occupational, environmental, economic, technical, as well as growth of self: choice of determination, responsibility, declaration, control, discipline, penalization, of the "Direct Policy". 6- to make sure that everyone and everything are directly responsible for their own role and put directly their face. Hence the acronym of this certification: "Charter BIOSOSDIR4.1C of the Face" or "Let's Put All the Face 4.1C" or "Certification by putting the Face" or "Certification of the Face 4.1C" or "Certification from the Face" or "Face Certification". Considering that these objectives could not be achieved by acting on the "Indirect Certifications of Sustainability", as substantially as all the existing ones, we have conducted research aimed at defining, as defined, a "Sustainability Charter" that is "Universal Holistic MetaEthetical 4.1C".
