Abstract: To carry out this project related to the "Charter for “Direct Certification and Direct Guarantee BioMétaÉtique 4.1C Sustainability 4.1C" for GiESCO 2019 which considers "all" tangible and intangible, "physical" and "metaphysical" ones, spiritual and non-spiritual, of believers and non-believers, “believers atheists”, of the “humanae sàpere” included, ..., "MetaEthic 4.1C", never seen before aspects. These, too, go beyond the imaginable, beyond "the earth, the skies, the universes, the multiverses”. The paradigm and the handbook have taken from all of the following: "Stockholm Statute", "Brundtland Report", UN, UNESCO, CE, OIV, SQNPI, VIVA, EQUALITAS, GiESCO 2015, GiESCO 2017 (Carbonneau and Cargnello 2017). We have deliberately chosen hill and plain farms which: 1- carried out activities, for more than 5 years, in complete harmony with the "Charter Universal Holistic Sustainability MetaEthics 4.1.C. Free in Holistic Universal Natural Democratic Conditioning 4.1CDQ" according to the so-called "Great Chain MetaEthic 4.1C" of the “Conegliano Campus 5.1C", 2- are in reconversion as "Company BIO-MétaÉthique 4.1C". We have deliberately chosen companies: 1-i certificated "organic", one of which has also put on the market a wine with the inscription "Over Organic ", 2-in "Organic" not certified, 3- in agro-ecology certified, 4- in noncertified agro-ecology, 5- certificated "Conventional", 6-in "Conventional" not certified, 7- located close to densely populated places and one of these companies is located, without problems even in the middle of a densely populated center of great historical value, 8-in the very famous area of "Cartizze-Prosecco Superiore DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene", 9- in the historic place "Prosecco" (Trieste-I). Furthermore, we have deliberately chosen companies: vine-growing, wine-growing, vine and winegrowing, or inserted in other multi-functional-polyproductive-educational-cultural activities or inserted in a multi-purpose-educational-cultural-historical-cultural park of the "BIO-MetaEthic.District 4.1CDQ" or "BIO-MétaÉtique District 4.1CDQ" of the Conegliano Campus 5.1C. These companies, these brands, these polyproductive and multifunctional activities, if they comply with the rules of the "Protocol BIO-MétaÉthique Sustainability 4.1CDQ", may use the patented "Company" logo "BIO-MetaEtica 4.1CDQ" or "BIO-MétaÉthique 4.1CDQ ". As for the "BIO-MetaEthic District 4.1CDQ" or "BIO-MétaÉtique District 4.1CDQ". The results of these activities, of these researches and of these validations of the "International Project on Meta-Ethics Sustainability 4.1C.17.18DQ" related to the growth of well-being, being-well, as well as cultural, social, environmental, technical and economic population and the company go beyond all expectations and represent the current conclusion of a journey started by one of us in1978.
