Proposition d'une charte de viticulture durable suite à une enquête au sein du GiESCO
Le GiESCO propose à l'OIV, aux organisations professionnelles et aux vignerons, une charte de durabilité en tenant compte des diverses orientations en cours, viticulture intégrée, viticulture biologique, viticulture biodynamique, et des principales conditions de production notamment l'usage de cépages résistants.
Proposition of a charter of sustainable viticulture following a survey inside the GiESCO
The GiESCO proposes to the OIV, the professional organizations and wine producing peoples a charter of sustainability taking in account the on-going orientations, integrated viticulture, organic viticulture, biodynamic viticulture, and the main conditions of production particularly the use of resistant varieties.
