Stress hydrique et adaptation au changement climatique pour la viticulture et l'oenologie : Le projet LACCAVE
Les effets du stress hydrique sur la vigne et la qualité du vin doivent être analysés aujourd'hui au regard des enjeux du changement climatique. L'article présente les enjeux et les premières synthèses du projet LACCAVE qui fédère les chercheurs INRA en travaillant en France sur l'adaptation du secteur vigne et vin au changement climatique. Le projet vise à coordonner les travaux en cours dans différentes discipline en les inscrivant dans une démarche de prospective.
Water stress and adaptation to climate change for viticulture and oenology : The project LACCAVE
The effects of water stress on vine and wine quality must be analyzed today under the challenges of climate change. The paper presents the issues and the first syntheses of LACCAVE project that gathers INRA researchers working on the adaptation of the wine sector to climate change. The project aims at coordinating and mutually enriching the ongoing works in different disciplines by enrolling the researchers in a foresight approach.
